Publisher Ads Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the Ads Module of TinyAdz and are in addition to the general TinyAdz Terms & Policies. By using the Ads Module, you agree to the following rules and conditions.

Beta Stage Terms

During the Beta phase we may adjust earnings retroactively as we refine our cost calculation engine to ensure fair and accurate payouts.

Payout Terms

  • All displayed earnings are estimates and may be adjusted if fraudulent activity is detected (e.g., bot farms, proxies, artificial traffic boosting).
  • The minimum payout threshold is $100.
  • Payouts are processed 30 days after the end of each month to allow time for fraud detection and review.
  • Payments are made via Stripe or PayPal. IBAN transfer is available on request with a higher threshold, usually above $300. Note: we have paused new publisher onboarding from countries Stripe and PayPal don't currently support.
  • If significant fraud is detected, TinyAdz reserves the right to deny payouts entirely and permanently ban the account.

Traffic & Fraud Prevention

  • TinyAdz uses advanced filtering to detect and remove invalid activity. Non-human traffic, artificial clicks, and incentivized interactions will not be counted in earnings.
  • TinyAdz reserves the right to audit traffic patterns and withhold payments for suspicious or artificial activity.

Content Restrictions

Ads must not be displayed on sites containing:

  • Illegal or harmful content
  • Hate speech, violence, or discrimination
  • Adult or gambling-related content
  • Misleading or deceptive content

TinyAdz reserves the right to terminate partnerships with any publisher violating these content policies.

Account Termination & Dispute Resolution

  • If a publisher violates any of the terms above, TinyAdz reserves the right to terminate the account without prior notice.
  • Any disputes related to earnings, payouts, or policy enforcement must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the payout date.

Policy Changes

TinyAdz reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Ads Module constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
